Once you book your room block it's simple to manage your room assignments and payment online. Rooms may be booked once you have confirmed exhibit space. Reservations may be guaranteed with a major credit card at time of booking. Guaranteeing the reservation with a credit card will result in the deposit being charged 2-3 weeks before the date of your arrival. All hotels require a minimum first and last night room and tax deposit. Any no show or cancellations after December 9, 2005, will be assessed a penalty equivalent to the amount of the deposit.

Please note that all exhibitors must book hotel rooms through HIMSS designated housing bureau. Convention center management often will reject or reduce exhibit hall space requests because hotel rooms are not filled proportionately through the housing block. To ensure that our hotel block is full and that we receive the exhibit floor space needed for all exhibitors, it is critical that all exhibitors book housing through HIMSS travel partner. Any exhibitor who does not go through HIMSS housing block will not be permitted to exhibit and will forfeit all monies paid.
