Vendor Priority Points

Points are earned by continuing participation at the Annual HIMSS Conference and Exhibition or other HIMSS professional education programs.

• Points are earned by continuing participation at the Annual HIMSS Conference and Exhibition or other HIMSS professional education programs.
• 10 points for exhibit space applications received on or before May 12, 2006
• 5 points for exhibit space applications received between May 13 and August 25, 2006
• 10 points for populating your data in the Conference Exhibitor Guide before October 13, 2006
• 5 points for populating your data in the Exhibitors' Product & Service Directory between October 14 and December 15, 2006
• 15 points for 50% payment of exhibit space on or before April 10, 2006
• 15 points for full payment of exhibit space prior to September 18, 2006
• 1 point for each 100 square feet of booth space rented at any HIMSS conference in 2006
• 10 points for companies that confirm hotel room needs with our official housing contractor prior to October 13, 2006
• 5 points for companies that confirm hotel room needs with our official housing contractor between October 14 and December 15, 2006
• 1 point for each $2,500 in sponsorship
• 4 points for completion and return of the Exhibitor Evaluation by March 24, 2007
