2/15/2007 - On February 14, the Senate passed the Fiscal Year (FY) 2007 joint funding resolution by a vote of 81 to 15 without amendment, clearing the measure (H.J. Res. 20) for President Bush and wrapping up Congress' work on regular discretionary spending legislation for fiscal year 2007, which ends on September 30. The bill appropriates a total of $463.5 billion for all federal agencies, except the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.
