Purpose:
The Certified in Healthcare Security (CHS) credential supports an employee’s ability to uphold industry standards and regulations, reducing an organization’s exposure to fines and penalties due to error on noncompliance. The CHS Technical Committee governs the program, designs the final examination, oversees performance of the exam, reviews and refines test items, develops new editions of the exam and provides consultation for maintenance of a quality program.
